What Areas Do You Serve?

We are focused on the Kansas City area (Jackson, Johnson, Clay, Platte, and Wyandotte counties). However we are willing to discuss options further away!
Who Handles Delivery and Setup?

We do! Our booking process includes sections for you to communicate your precise requirements. We will show up to set up and take down on time so you can focus on other things!
How Does Payment Work?

Your deposit will be due at reservation and the full invoice must be payed 30 days prior to the event.
Can Your Rentals be Used Outdoors?

Yes, however some items are weather dependent (like fabric backdrops), and must have back up options in place. If you rent a tent from us and an act of God happens (flood, tornado, other catastrophic event) we will fully refund you for the order at our discretion.
Can You Work With My Event Planner?

Certainly! If you place the order you can note who the event planner is during the checkout process. All communication except for payment will happen through them so you can prepare for your big day! If the event planner places the order we will work exclusively with them.
I Don't See an Item I Would Like to Rent or There Aren't Enough In Stock.

Let us know! We are actively expanding our inventory and may purchase more so that you can get it all in one place.
